An agreement where individuals or organisations agree to display advertising for a sponsor's site, products or services in exchange or a percentage based payment or comission fee. |

A method of gathering information from various online sources, usually via a RSS. information gathered can then be re-organised as the user sees fit. e.g.: news items relating to a predefined keyword. |

The amount of clients lost during a measurable period of time, seen as a percentage of the total amount of clients of the same time period. |
| Auto-Responder |
A pre written email message that automatically sends following a defined trigger. Examples of a trigger event include online purchases, inquiries, client support and completion of online forms. |
